We are part of Quilter Financial Planning network who are one of the largest network in the UK.
The IBA brand was founded by Steve Barrett and Robin Sainty in 1990 and the office was based on the historic Tuesday Market Place, King’s Lynn. The company offered a 'one stop shop' for its customers and, of course, for its advisers, what better way is there to protect a client bank than to give them no reason to go elsewhere?
Between them, Steve and Robin have over 70 years' experience in the financial services industry, which from the outset was shaped by their commitment to seminar selling in the corporate market. Over the years the company has broadened its offering with specialists covering all areas as the company embraces Mortgage and Protection Advisers to Financial Planners throughout the South-East, East Anglia and the Midlands.
In 2004, a sister company was formed, IBA Wealth Management Ltd offering full financial planning advice on Investments, Pensions, Mortgages and Protection. Over the years, this part of the company rapidly expanded.
In mid-2018, with Steve and Robin’s pending retirement the company promoted, from within, Darren Cubitt to the Managing Director’s role. Darren, who joined the company in 2002 made his first job to move offices to new premises out of town making the office easier to access. In late-2018, the process of moving all advisers under one name to IBA Wealth Management Ltd began and was finalised early 2019.
Treating Customers Fairly has always been part of the company’s philosophy in that they keep in touch with their clients and school their clients to keep in touch with them. This leads to a stream of repeat business, ongoing service agreements and continued referrals from their client base – business that is better quality and often much more valuable than the initial sale.

I have been in Financial Services for over 25 years and joined IBA Wealth Management Ltd (previously known as Integrated Business Analysis Ltd) in 2002. Since joining IBA Wealth Management Ltd as a Financial Adviser I have progressed through the company and in 2018, I became the Managing Director.
Despite my role in leading the company and as I am also fully qualified in Pensions, Investments and Protection, I still offer Full Financial Planning Advice.
Out of work, I enjoy most sport plus dining out at various restaurants around the local counties. I still manage to play Cricket and Golf, all be it at a much slower pace now. I also enjoy holidays abroad with my wife Lisa, who also works at IBA Wealth Management as an office clerk.
I have over 40 years' experience in financial services and specialise in mortgage and protection planning and have recently been appointed director. I pride myself on customer service. I have many satisfied clients nationwide whom I look after and treat me as first person to call with any financial requirements. I am happy to look at any situation and enjoy a challenge.
When not working, I enjoy family time and love travelling. I am gradually ticking off bucket list of must visit destinations.
I joined the industry and IBA Wealth Management Ltd in 2016. Although now qualified and providing holistic financial advice, I specialise in mortgages and personal protection running my brand Mr Mortgage Adviser, covering both Norfolk & Suffolk. I am contactable 8:30am until 10:30pm Monday – Saturday and will make time to see clients if they need to see me on a Sunday.
My passion is my work but I also enjoy football, working out at the gym, dining at restaurants and going to the cinema.

I have been a Financial Adviser for over 30 years, joining IBA Wealth Management Ltd in 2011. I first started in the industry with Sun Life back in 1979. I am fully qualified in advising on Pensions, Investment and Protection but am more than happy to leave the Mortgage side to my colleagues. Over the years I have advised on a wide range of products with most of my work on the pension side both for individuals and Companies. I am qualified to advise on Defined Benefit Pensions and where appropriate the transfer of these benefits.
Out of work I enjoy most sports but sadly mostly from the comfort of my arm chair. That said, I enjoy the summer when I can watching my son playing cricket. I also enjoy walking in the lovely Suffolk countryside where my wife Sandra and I live.

I have been involved with IBA since July 2018, having trained for 12 months to achieve the Certificate in Mortgage Advice from Chartered Insurance Institute. I have spent my entire working life within Financial Services or around Finance Related products within the Motor Industry which has helped me to gain a solid understanding the importance that customer care plays when dealing with clients and their needs. I joined IBA Wealth Management Ltd in February 2020 after training for a year with the Chartered Institute of Insurance, where I gained mortgage and protection qualifications.
I have been in client facing roles for my whole working life, including the last few years working with financial and insurance products within the motor industry.
Based just outside of Diss I cover the whole of East Anglia for mortgage and protection advice. I am contactable 8am to 10pm 7 days a week. Weekend and evening appointments also available.
In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym and riding my motorbike (when the sun is shining).
